REC_ItemManager

Records

Welcome to REC_ItemManager documentation.

What this gives you: an answer when someone asks "who dropped the price of this?" or "was this always this expensive?"

Two separate records are kept.

The change log stores every price edit and every automatic review, with the name of whoever did it. Point it at Discord and the same entries land in a channel:

  set REC_ItemManager:logWebhook "https://discord.com/api/webhooks/..."

Leave the webhook empty and only Discord goes quiet — the record itself keeps going. Automatic reviews touch every item at once, so they post a single summary rather than hundreds of messages. log.keepRows decides how much history is kept.

The history stores one snapshot per item per day, which is what the charts in the panel are drawn from. history.keepDays (90 by default) is how far those charts go back.

Both retention figures are on the Settings page. Only the webhook URL stays in the config file, because a read-only token can open the panel and a webhook URL is a credential.
