Leaving your staff out

What this gives you: a crate of test items in an admin inventory stops moving the market.

Staff inventories, stashes and vehicle storage are skipped by the count entirely, so what they hold never becomes part of the circulation a price is calculated from.

The same list lives once in REC_Library and covers every RE : CORD resource at the same time, so the entry above is added to that list rather than replacing it. A convar does the same without touching a file:

Set enabled = false to count staff like anybody else.
