Server side
Remove a positive whole-number amount, subject to the account’s negative-balance rule.

account | string | Configured account name, such as cash or bank. |
amount | integer | Amount to add/remove, or the new balance for setMoney. |

A trailing ? marks an optional argument.
Returns boolean.
