Server side
Match job names, optional grades, and optional duty status.

playerId | integer | Connection ID; use a positive integer unless the export explicitly accepts the console. |
job | string|string[] | One job name or a list of accepted names. |
grades | table<integer, true>|integer[]? | Set or list of accepted grade levels; nil or an empty table allows all. |
onDutyOnly | boolean? | Require an on-duty job when true. |
A trailing ? marks an optional argument.
Returns boolean.
