hasPermission

Server API for REC_Core, with configuration and implementation details.

Server side

Check an ACE permission. Connection ID 0 represents the console and passes this check.

Argument	Type	Description
`playerId`	`integer`	Connection ID; use a positive integer unless the export explicitly accepts the console.
`permission`	`string`	ACE permission name.

Returns boolean.
