deleteCharacter

Server API for REC_Core, with configuration and implementation details.

Server side

Delete an unloaded character and its value-store rows. This administrative export does not apply the player-menu allowDelete switch.

Argument	Type	Description
`citizenId`	`string`	Persistent character ID.

Returns boolean.
