Provides vehicle acquisition jobs and stores delivered vehicles per character. Heists can use the stored vehicles as an order requirement.
Stored vehicles use one database row per vehicle.
Upgrading from the old
count schema rebuilds the table and discards the old inventory; back it up before upgrading.
Disabling database.enabled also means inventory is lost on restart.
