Garage definitions are stored in the database and edited in the panel. config.garagePresets supplies interior presets. Shared job.placer settings control in-game placement; garage markers and vehicle selection timeouts are also configured in config/sh_config.lua.
Import the current rec_heistprep.sql for a new installation. It includes stored vehicles, garage ownership, garage definitions and spawn modes.
