First connection

1. Check that rec_core_characters and rec_core_data exist in the database used by oxmysql.
2. Start the dependencies, then REC_Core. If you imported SQL after a failed startup check, restart REC_Core.
3. Connect, create a character, and select it to enter the world.
4. Check the initial account balances and default job.
5. Log out with /logout, then select the character again to check persistence.

The schema check verifies table existence at startup; it does not create tables or migrate their columns.
