Installation for REC_Core, with configuration and implementation details.

config/sv_config.lua sets framework.allowOtherFramework = false and checks qbx_core, qb-core, es_extended, and ox_core.
When an entry is already running, REC_Core answers its status callback but does not start its character lifecycle.
Use allowOtherFramework = true only for deliberate coexistence testing; both frameworks can otherwise try to control the character menu.
