Installation, configuration, and usage for REC_EntityManager.

- Load the hook files below in each resource to monitor, before its entity creation code. Include only the entity types it uses.
- Open
/entitymanagerto inspect resource counts, individual entities, and the map. - Change sweep intervals, tracking limits, and idle thresholds in the panel settings.
- Entity tracking is held in memory and is lost on restart. Location-performance history is stored in the database and survives restarts. Tracking warnings do not automatically delete entities.
