Adds gas masks and toxic gas zones. Filter capacity is stored in ox_inventory durability, with a HUD for filter level and exposure.
Use either this resource or
PAIDESCROWEDprojectx-masks, since both use the gasmask item.
config.nightVision is currently not implemented.
Remove dynamically registered gas zones when the registering resource finishes.
