A train heist with locomotive capture and Skylift transport.

Install REC_HeistPrep and set systems.heistPrep.enabled to true to require prepared vehicles when ordering.
It is disabled by default.
Set the vehicles in requiredVehicles and the inventory check mode in checkMode.
The default requirement is one recskylift.
Set config.skylift.spawn = false when the crew supplies its own Skylift to prevent an additional spawn.
