Weather and time
Welcome to REC_WorldManager documentation.

The server owns one weather state and sends it to players when they load. Clients advance the clock locally between periodic resynchronizations, so the server does not broadcast every in-game minute.
| Setting | Purpose |
|---|---|
weather.default | Weather, time, frozen state, dynamic cycle, and blackout used at first startup |
weather.transition | Seconds used to blend between weather types |
weather.msPerMinute | Real milliseconds taken by one in-game minute |
weather.dynamicCycle.interval | Real minutes between automatic weather changes |
weather.dynamicCycle.transitions | Weighted next-weather choices for each weather type |
weather.persist | Saves the last state in a resource KVP and restores it after restart |
weather.resyncInterval | Real seconds between clock resynchronizations |
The weather panel changes weather, time, time freezing, the dynamic cycle, and blackout. Server exports expose the same controls to other resources.
