Installation, configuration, and usage for REC_Dumpster.

- Prepare REC_Utils and supported inventory and targeting resources. Register every configured loot item in the inventory.
- List searchable dumpster models in
config.dumpsterModels. - Set item amounts and probabilities in
dumpster.itemsinconfig/sv_config.lua. - Approach a configured dumpster and use its target interaction to open the inventory.
