Usage
Installation, configuration, and usage for REC_BusinessManager.

- Prepare REC_WorldManager and the database connection. Application tables are created at startup.
- Players open
/business, place zones and facilities, and submit the layout. - Staff use
/businessmanagerto review, approve, reject, return applications, and leave comments. - Configure application limits and review requirements in
config.application. Automatic approval is disabled by default.
